Looking for a challenging IT Support Job with Zentech?

We are looking for 1st Line IT Support candidates.

Requirements:

• You must have minimum 3 years experience in IT Support
• You must have excellent spoken and written English
• Installing and configuring computer/server systems
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Logging customer/employee queries
• Analysing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
• You must have a qualification in IT
• You must already be in Qatar.
• You must be able to start ASAP.
• MAC O/S Experience is a bonus
• Qatar Driving Licence is a bonus
